Natasha Viosna Moody is a British/Polish artist based in South East London, working across sculpture, installation, photography and writing. Her research and practice explore the intersection of art, ecology and the esoteric, inviting viewers into a realm where plant material becomes a conduit for ecological reflections and mystical encounters. Her fascination with the intertwined histories of occulture, art and science materialises as an alchemical practice where both internal worlds and external materials are transmuted.
She completed the MA in Art and Ecology from Goldsmiths in 2022 and MA (hons.) Fine Art and Art History from The University of Edinburgh in 2020. She is the first recipient of the Research Network for Esoteric Practice’s Artist Award 2024. Recent exhibitions include Ostara - Electro Studios Project Space (2024), The stillness of the departing light, Anglican Chapel, Nunhead Art trail (2023), A Place Where Spirits Collide, Asylum Chapel, Maverick Projects (2023), Agnes Denes x MA Art and Ecology, CIRCA, Piccadilly Lights (2022), Trapped Heat, Blocked Magic, Fungus Press Residency, Turf Projects, Croydon (2021).
